A conference to take stock of the current situation on THB with a focus on victims

Marking the 10^th anniversary of the opening for signature of the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings, the CoE fosters the Human Trafficking: Transitions and Transformations Focus on Victims’ Rights conference. The event, scheduled for 16 June 2015 in Strasbourg, concerns the Convention on Action against THB that was signed in Warsaw ten years ago. In the detail, the meeting aims at stirring a debate on the Convention as an innovative instrument with a focus on victim protection to transform national law, policy and practice and adequately respond to future challenges.
